Making an appointment for Chiropractic care is easy. Simply call the office at 530.622.0925 to make your appointment. We do offer same day appointments. To expedite your initial appointment you may download and print out the Patient Intake forms, fill them out and bring them with you to your appointment.

Our office will gladly file your insurance for you and call for pre-certification as needed. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards, and we also offer affordable payment plans for your convenience.
